Stuck In My Head...And Rattling Around In There...

This post started out to be something totally different than what you are about to read. It was very sad and depressing. I was in what cold only be called an "emo" mood. I knew what I wanted to say but the words were not coming, I couldn't get onto "paper" what was in my head & heart so I stopped and left it alone for a few days. In doing this time passed and my mood improved. I had an afternoon at the MoMA with my daughter then went out to dinner with an old friend who I recently found again (gotta love facebook), shared some of my troubled thoughts with my husband and then spent an incredibly wonderful afternoon with one of my dearest friends. All of these and time passing improved my mood so much that I can no longer finish the original blabbering post. But I did want to share the start of it with you because I still find the opening quote so absolutely deep and true.

I read a quote on a friend's (James) Facebook status that has really worked it's way into the empty space I like to call my head.

Trust is like a mirror. You can fix it when its broke, but you can still the crack in its reflection.
